Modular Building Demolition

Sometimes due to fire damage or poor condition of buildings, no other options remain except to demolish it on site in a safe manner.

With 25 years experience dealing with modular buildings, we are the best choice for all your Modular Building needs. We will demolish the building on site and remove it to specialist recycling plants. Your building will be disposed of in the most environmentally friendly way in line with our Environmental Policy.

Modular Building Relocation

Stanley Modular Building Services offer a complete Council Approved Sectional and Modular Building Relocation, Disposal and On-Site Demolition service to large companies and the public all over the UK.

From the moment the building is handed over to us, our trained fitters will carefully dismantle the building into transportable sections.   David Stanley Transport will remove the building using cranes and transport the building to where it needs to go to. We can handle the simplest of lifts to the most complex, often being asked to crane buildings over other buildings etc. Once safely in its new position, our fitters carefully refit all fascias, covers and seals ensuring all work is done to the highest standard.

Our reputation and 25 years experience in the movement of temporary buildings is unrivalled.

Modular Building Disposal

Customers sometimes require modular buildings removed from the site either because they are no longer needed or because the buildings are no longer in a usable condition.

We can normally take the building away in one piece without the need for it to be demolished on site where it will either be refurbished and eventually resold or broken down into its individual components and recycled. If we think the building can be refurbished then this will reflect in the cost of the disposal.

We will always recycle buildings wherever possible minimising its environmental impact.
